BOOM continues its’ mission and tradition: to engage and educate a wide audience in rural Downeast Maine about baroque period instrument performance by presenting concerts in accessible, eclectic, non-traditional concert venues. 

BOOM is thrilled to continue its partnership with the Brooklin Inn, which is as rural and eclectic a venue as it gets! Its intimate, baroque-style setting is reminiscent of a drawing room at court. The subtle nuance and warm sound of the period instruments come to life here, as well as through the close network of community support and appreciation for the performers and music.
